Mrs. Harter has a rich background in childcare.  She became a childcare director in 1978 when she worked at the Little Angels Day Care Center in Reynoldsburg, OH.  In 1986, she served as the director of Playtime Preschool in Whitehall, OH.  Then in 1989, she became the director of Come 'N Play Child Development Center.  Mrs. Harter has received numerous awards in the area of child development. She serves today as Childcare Director at Miracle Valley Childcare Center located on the campus of Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary, which is on State Highway 92 directly between Sierra Vista and Bisbee, Arizona.
